I can’t help but think that the Rhino Times, er, hammering away on the issue, isn’t having some effect. That and also that a lot of us under under a “heightened state of alert” given what the folks in DC are trying to get away with this summer.
As an aside, why is the N&R so fixated on the provision requiring a tree in the yard of every new house built? I think they are trying to distract us from other, more insidious provisions, although, admittedly, I haven’t yet read the document myself.
